TL/Hearst Publications is a joint venture with U.S.-based Thomas Publishing Company and Grupo Lund de Editoras Associadas, which is based in Brazil, and publishes two titles. The first, NPE, is a monthly tabloid which provides electronic engineers with new product information. The second, EEM Brasil, is the Brazilian version of the popular Electronic Engineers Master (EEM) published in the U.S.
